Frequently Asked Questions

How fast can you fix my cracked iPad screen?

We know you want your iPad back in it’s former glory as soon as possible, so we strive to get it done as fast as possible. However there are some technical issues that stop us from getting it done as fast as an iPhone 5 screen repair for example. There is a specific adhesive that keeps the LCD digitizer attached to the frame and this needs at least a few hours to take once its been set. We prefer to leave it overnight, hence the 24 hour turnaround time for iPad screens getting fixed.

Just my home button needs to be fixed, why is it still so expensive?

For all generations of iPad’s the home button assembly has been soldered to the display unit itself originally. This means the entire front display, while still intact has to be removed and a new home button soldered on. Anyone experienced in fixing iPad’s will tell you that removing the front display without cracking the display or LCD is extremely hard, so we generally tell clients the best course of action is to replace the entire front glass/LCD display, including the home button.
